Dumi Mtshale is Inundo’s Junior Garden and Farm Worker. Dumi joined Inundo through our internship programme and, through dedication and growth, successfully stepped into the role of Junior Garden and Farm Worker.

His journey reflects both perseverance and a genuine commitment to learning. With a natural leadership quality and consistently positive attitude, he brings energy and willingness to every task. This role provides him with the opportunity to deepen his understanding of sustainable farming practices and the daily workings of the farm that underpin all we do at Inundo. He works closely alongside our senior garden workers, supporting a wide range of planting, preparation, and maintenance tasks. His contribution is valued, and he is an important and growing part of the Inundo team.
